Shipping & Returns


Shipping is currently suspended due to warm weather. Local pick up is available.

 When will I receive my order? 

Care is placed in getting bonbons from kitchen to customer with minimal time lapse to ensure you can enjoy your chocolate at it's freshest. All shipments are expedited and a tracking number will be provided once your order is ready to ship. Please note, shipping partners are currently experiencing delays, making it difficult to predict shipping timelines.

As Canada Post does not operate on weekends, orders placed on a Thursday/ Friday will not be shipped until Monday to avoid improper storage of your chocolates. 

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time international shipping is not offered. Please check back soon to find out when international shipping is available. 

Refunds and Returns

It is of utmost importance that customers are satisfied with their purchase, which is why each box is carefully packaged as safely and securely as possible prior to shipping. Due to the perishable nature of the product, returns and exchanges are not possible.

Rhea Artisan Chocolate is not responsible for products spoiled by weather related delays, carrier's mechanical failure, other acts beyond our control, or incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the purchaser on the original web order.
